Official Palestinian TV broadcasts an image of Israel coloured with the Palestinian flagLeftists frequently insist that the Palestinians sincerely want peace in their conflict with Israel. And they are right, of course, because many of those Palestinians, such as "moderate" PA Prime Minister Salam Fayad, want to turn the entire region into an Islamic state, governed by sharia law, with Jerusalem as its capital.
So the Leftists are indeed correct. Because once Israel is an Islamic state, the Palestinians wouldn't have any need to fight it anymore.
And then there would be "peace".
